Komplen/ Komen/ Cadangan: | I want to lodge a complaint about the bad work efficiency of the MPOB Registration & Licensing Department. I applied for a new license for DF in Sarawak through the online e-lesen MPOB website on the date of 26 July 2022. The application reference number is: Ref2-00102028. MPOB has sent their manpower for site visit and has checked my premises on the date of 25/8/2022. However, no feedback or news until now. I had also sent multiple emails and phone calls to inquiry about this matter. On 5th of December, Puan Suzanah told me that all my documentation is completed but she dont know why my license has yet to be approved. She told me to wait an entire week from 5th of December till 10th of December to receive a new update from her. But until today still no update in either form of email or phone calls. I had also made multiple calls on 12th & 13th of December to the MPOB Registration & Licensing Department. But no one picks up the calls. Please look into this matter.
