1. I have completed my course in Ex.Dip.In Palm Oil Plantation with UTM last year. Am going for convocation in September 2008. I would like to inquiry, how I can apply for licence from MPOB to set-up a mini-nursery. What documents do I need to apply for permit to set-up a nursery. I came from Dalat, Mukah Division. Most of our land in this area is peat swamp. Can nursery be set-up or grow well in this type of land? I would like to know more information about how to start a mini nursery.
